It sounds like: Muscle spasm. I always ask about sleep problems in these cases, without deep sleep, muscles can't relax to get blood flow through the spam and to the affected area. One big cause is clinching or grinding teeth at night. It's called bruxism in the medical world and improves with low dose Clonazepam at night if needed. If strong family hx of hrt issues, consider getting seen, very low probabili.
