Subungual : Exostosis or a bone spur, an xray would be needed to confirm the diagnosis. If you bumped the toe a fracture could be a possibility. An ingrown nail is plausible. Odd fitting shoe gear could of caused repetitive micro trauma.

Radiographs: Are very helpful in diagnosing the condition subungual exostosis. I recommend that you see a podiatrist for diagnosing and treatment recommendations.
