Toe fracture : Several diagnosis can be made here but you should go get an x-ray and rule out a toe fracture. An ultrasound can be taken as well and rule toe sprain. Lastly it could be a toe infection, check for any cuts or fissures. And streaking in terms of redness ascending your leg. Please see your pcp or foot specialist.
