I have pain in second toe when walking and it hurts on top of my foot, and painful to bear weight on foot?

Immobilization: Most likely you have an inflammatory process of the 2nd toe joint. I would recommend stiff sole shoes, and advil (ibuprofen) for couple of weeks and if doesn't resolve, you should see a podiatrist.
