Fertile v. semen: It means fertility ( wetness or clear secretion )and closeness to the ovulation unless is seminal fluid from the day before ( may persist in the vaginal for 24 hrs if not expelled).

Watery discharge: If is persistent watery and has nothing to do with you willing to have sex could potentially mean something else that relates to you fallopian tubes and you should see a doctor.During ovulation secretion is more clear and strecthes if you touch your fingers and pull them apart. That is actually a sign of ovulation and lasts only 2 days:).
