120 lbs +/- 10 %: Ideal body weight is calculated for women as 100 pounds for 5feet and 5pounds for each additional inch. You can give or take 10 % for variations of structure. However, keep in mind, other important factors for weight are percent body fat ( muscle weighs more than fat), age and other physiologic factors.You can also calculate your body mass index as weight appropriate for height.
