Roughly: Between 99 pounds to 121 pounds. Possibly more if you are athletic with significant muscle mass. BMI is a better estimate though.

Depends : There are multiple methods of calculating ideal weight. If you use the WHO formula, it would be between 100 -134 #. Other methods give between 110-120 #.
