How will i know that i am ovulating, even tho i still spot while breast feeding?

However, in general most women aren't aware of ovulation while breast feeding. Its fine to use condoms or Progesterone based birth control once your milk comes in. Talk to your provider about these options.

Will not: It will be very hard to predict ovulation while breast-feeding. If you are not desiring another pregnancy soon i would use some type of contraception.
