Yes: Klonipin has been associated with neutropenia. Best to work through this issue with your doctor. It could be "true, true, and unrelated". If you've been on the drug for a wrong time, and are only recently neutropenic, you should be considering alternative explanations or at least exacerbating factors. Good luck.
