Need more info: If she has really seen a dozen doctors and they have not solved this, there is no way in which a diagnosis can be made without a detailed history, physical exam and review of all prior records. If she really has fevers (temp >100f) and can document the weight loss would suggest that she see an infectious diseases expert. Sounds ill and needs full evaluation. Hope she is better soon.
