Is icsi better than the usual ivf procedure? is there any complication?

Not always 'better': For everyone. Most ivf cases do just as well with conventional insemination fo oocytes when saperm parameters are normal. Icsi can help in many other cases: poor motility, poor morphology, previous failed ivf, sometimes helpful for older women.
