Epsom salts: Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate. It seems to reduce inflammation at the skin level. Magnesium plays a role in stress and is depleted with stress. Soaking in epsom salt may help replace that magnesium. If it make your muscles feel better then epsom salts have worked for you ! they really cannot hurt you , so enjoy !
