Wound healing: Moist wound healing is crucial for the proper environment to heal most wounds. Therefore, if you don't have a allergy and your wound is not suboptimal (dirty, contaminated, has foreign bodies, too large to heal, or you have poor wound healing conditions like heart disease, venous insufficiency, or diabetes)- simple things such as Bacitracin would be sufficient. See your md for more details.

Good nutrition, walk: You are looking for a medication that heals wounds faster. Good healthy food and walking will help the body to make the healing faster. Avoid fast food and unhealthy behavior until the wound is completely healed. Make a 2-3/day walking routine. There is no over the counter medication that can take its place.
