None available yet..: To the best of my knowledge, there is no such treatment available otc beyond make-up for covering it up...There are treatments available, often done by a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon etc..As an elective procedure. Some family docs also do this as well... Good luck..

Nothing OTC: Unfortunately, there is no over the counter treatment, oral or topical, which is effective for treating facial spider veins. However, the good news is they can be very easily, and effectively, treated in the office by several different minimally invasive laser and/or thermo-coagulation options. But don't go just anywhere. See an experienced, board-certified vein specialist for appropriate therapy.

Make up: All you can do with over the counter products is to use a cover up make up, as dr. Nguyen suggested.
