A member asked:

What is the usual recuperative time after trigger finger surgery on dominant hand? in other words, when might i expect to at least partially use hand?

Trigger finger: Typically you can use the hand for simple tasks right away. Wound takes 10-14 days to heal. Palm can remain sore for 3-4 weeks. Good luck!

Days: I recomend that patients keep their bandages for 3 days but begin moving and using the hand immediately. Will be sore as long as the sutures are in and then be swollen for several weeks.
