Many possibilities: The hypothyroidism might contribute to this if your thyroid is quite large and/or your thyroid medication isn't properly adjusted. You might need an ultrasound and blood work. Fibromyalgia might also play a role in the symptoms. It could be many other things that need sorting out with your doctor.
