Watchful waiting: There is no reason to suspect a problem conceiving. I would not recommend any evaluation unless their is more than a six month period in which you can't conceive.

Probably ok: See a gynecologist and tell them your concerns. There are tests that can evaluate your uterus to see if it is ok.
