Is termination in cases of down syndrome considered an acceptable reason for a therapeutic abortion?

No: This would be considered by most an elective procedure. Abortion for a mother with kidney failure who would likely die if it were not done would be considered by most therapeutic.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
