Not likely: It sounds more like normal healing, unless you re-injured the area. Consult with your surgeon if it persists or worsens.

Speak to the surgeon: Go for a follow up visit , yes it is possible to have recurrence , more likely a hematoma (the blood that collected after surgery due to oozing ) , if it is will disappear in couple of months.
