Benign: Occaisonal anomaly which is of very little importance for a young and heart healthy person. Bad indicator for a heart disease patient. Can simply be congenital, electrolyte imbalance related.

Inconsequential: If you are young, no heart, electrolyte anomaly. If you are taking some medication or overthe counter medications, street drugs dietary supplements can cause it.
