Pain: There are so many different causes for this. Your best bet is to see a pm&r specialist who should be able to sort it out and get you appropriate treatment.

Antiinflammatory med: Depending on how long you have had back and sholder pain most of these back and shoulder pains can be caused by inflammation in muscles in that region and will get better with anti inlammatory pain meds and/or message etc.But if the pain persists than you need to consult your doctors as it may be bue to tendinitis, bursitis and/or disc problems in spine, .
