Swelling: At 30i wouldn't be concerned by vascular problems. Is there a pattern that occurs with the swelling.

Kidneys: Water retention is common among those with kidney issues or other medical issues. Although the calfs/ankles may get "puffy", this may just be your normal body type. Sometimes during pregnancy, you may experience body changes, but you are young and from the list of medical condition you provided, it's unlikely you have serious problems.
