Can lyrica (pregabalin) effect memory?

Yes but not always: Any medication that affects the central nervous system can definitely affect memory, and in that Lyrica (pregabalin) qualifies. If one was started on a high dose, there definitely could be memory complaints. Typically in my experience if the dose is started low and brought up very slowly memory problems are not seen.
