Give it Time: This could just be a time issue. Let the medicine work, however if that tonsil on one side continues to swell despite the antibiotics you should have someone look at it to make sure you aren't developing an abscess. Antibiotics should be given 3-5 days to see if it is helping. The neck node may stay that way for a while.
