Scar Pain: Surgical scars themselves can be sources of pain - either by being too close to superficial nerves, or acting as "interference fields" (disturbing chemical messengers). This type of pain usually responds quite well to injection treatments with either procaine and/or dextrose15%. I have also used other mixtures, such as vitamin B12 with success. Good luck! dr.
