Keloids: First of or all scars that are thick, raised, red and itchy but remain in the confines of the original incision are hypertrophic scars. Scars that have lost their borders or appear to be invading surround normal tissues are keloids. This can be evaluated by the pathologist. Sharp pain jn the breast should not be associated with biopsy of a scar externally provided that there is no nerve involved.

Maybe: Pain after any surgical procedure can be normal. Your scar (unless you have a history of developing keloids) is probably hypertrophic only. Itching can be common in a keloid. See hour surgeon to get the details.
