Istin?: Istin is a european tradename for amlodipine (norvasc in the U.S.), a calcium channel blocker medication that is used to lower blood pressure (and for treatment of angina/coronary artery disease). It does not cause bleeding or affect menstruation, but should not be taken if your blood pressure is too low. Please ask your doctor what is right for you.
