Tratamiento: No hay un solo mejor tratamiento sino que depende del paciente y de su condicion. La combinacion de antidepresivos, calmantes del dolor y medicinas para dormir parecen dar buenos resultados. There is not only one best treatment for these conditions but it depends on the patient and individual presentation. Combinations of antidepressants, pain relievers and sleep medications seem to be effective.
