Weber B: Weber b is a category of ankle fracture where the fracture line is at or near the level of the plafond (tibia joint space). It can be oblique, spiral, or transverse.

Weber B: Is a fracture at the level of the ankle joint to the fibula. Possible rupture of tibio fibular ligament. Medial malleolus may be fracture with possible deltoid ligament rupture . Not a very stable fracture.
