Maybe,maybe not: The absorption of topical tretinoin is minimal if at all & references list it as a category c , meaning relatively safe. However, you may want to limit it's use or find an alternative.

Acne and pregnancy: I would not. Check the pregnancy rating. I'm pretty sure it's not recommended. Sulfur ointment may becomsideredsafe in pregnancy but i would verify with a dermatologist.

Absolutely not!: Tretinoin causes birth defects. Don't use in pregnancy. Use reliable contraception whenever you are using it.
