No, not rare.: Crohn's disease that does not involve colon frequently does not present with diarrhea. In such cases, pain, fever, weight loss, nausea, vomiting are more common.

No: Many people who have Crohns of the small intestines but who have completely normal large intestines will have no diarrhea. People with crohns colitis (inflammation of the large intestines) will have diarrhea
