Possible infection: Chrohn`s disease affects everyone differently and you know your body better than any physician. Many patients know when they are having a flare and can tough it out or know when they need to see their doctor. It sounds like you are having a new symptom of green mucus which can be normal for a flare up but also may be a sign of an overriding infection. If your symptoms worsen see your doctor.
