Heart issue?: What you describe concerns me. Dizziness and blurred vision with exertion combined with cyanosis (blue color) of the extremities could indicate a potential heart problem. All of these symptoms can be seen when blood flow is impaired. Young people can have congenital heart problems that go undiagnosed for years. I would recommend you see your primary care physician asap.

Vascular disease : You may have peripheral vascular disease. Not enough circulation is getting to your toes. Please see a vascular surgeon to check your blood flow. Many people your age develop a blocked artery in the thigh.
