If you are having dizzy spells so severe that you’re actually passing out, you have to get these diagnosed. You should see your regular family doctor initially, but you may need the involvement of a neurologist or a cardiologist, among others. Do not delay. Good luck.

Dizzy spells associated with loss of consciousness may represent a cardiac rhythm disturbance, epileptic spells, secondary problems from anemia, episodes of hypoglycemia, etc. A diagnosis appears critically needed. Suggest a visit to a nearby medical school.
