Candida: Sweat build-up in intertriginous folds is a ripe breeding ground for the fungus candida albicans. This is associated with the bad odor you describe. I suggest applying an anti-fungal powder e.g.. Miconazole 2-3 times daily to the affected areas. Good luck!
