how to get rid from under arm bad smell?

Bathe and deoderize: There is no substitute for good hygiene. That smell comes from sweat gland secretions and the simplest way to treat it is by bathing and using deodorant. The profuse, watery sweating can be reduced with botox, liposuction or smart lipo but i don't know if it will help the smell too.

Many ways: Best place to start is good hygiene and good deoderants. If that's not working for you, see a plastic surgeon or dermatologist about Botox injections in the armpits, or radiofrequency treatments with a thermigen unit.
