One Testicle: An undescended testicle can be a very dangerous situation...Especially as you age into your late 20s. Please get in to see your family doctor about this so that the appropriate evaluation can proceed to find out what is truly happening in the scrotum.

Single +?cryptorchid: Assume one u can feel is normal. It is attached by spermatic cord containing testicular vessels + vas(sperm duct). U say "seems to be attached but not tangible" could be a blind ending spermatic cord which was once attached to a testicle which twisted or infarcted before u were form. So called vanishing testis. But, worth checking with urologist because an intra-abdominal testis should not be left.
