Vaginal odor: A few thoughts come to mind. The fishy odor could be bacterial overgrowth and you may need Flagyl for bv. The dead animal odor makes me think of a lost tampon - you might feel around in there to make sure. I'm not sure about why you keep spotting unless it is due to one of these infections causing uterine irritation. If you've had a change of medication, that could also be something to look into.
