Range: Count the first day of bleeding as day#1 (convention). Ovulation normally happens between days #12-16, or mid cycle (of a normal 28-30day cycle). There is some chance of pregnancy even 3 days earlier or later than this window, when pregnancy can occur. Midcycle is the most fertile time.

In about a week: In most cases your most fertile time is 14 days after the start of your period. To be more accurate you can use an ovulation predictor test kit.
