Possible infection : Neutrophils are the white blood cells that fight bacterial infections. An elevated absolute count can be seen in patients with infections, inflammation like in autoimmune diseases, and in patients who have been given steroids or other drugs to mobilize white cells. Follow up with your doctor to make sure what is causing these lab results.
