What causes my mpv elevated on my cbc they have been high on several my test recently?

How high?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, had you provided the actual value, it may have helped. In any case if this is the only abnormality, you need not worry. I recently had a CBC done (with a number of other tests) to address thyroid. I'm freaking out due to results. WBC - 5.5 K/UL, RBC 4.32 M/UL MPV was high at 11, Absolute Immature Gr .02 K/UL or 0.4%, Monocytes 6.2% Basophil 1.6% but absolutes normal?
