NOT EVERYTHING: Try relaxation techniques, meditation, mindfulness, talking with a counselor - all can be found on the web. There are books (example "meditationfor dummies") that spell out how to. And find out what's behind the insomnia. Ask your dr for help. And when you've looked into it all ask for more. You can make this better.
