Could be: Appendicitis. Other possibilities are ruptured ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, kidney stones, urinary tract infection, ileitis. But the important one is appendicitis, because it requires immediate surgery in order to prevent complications such as abscess and peritonitis. Go see a doctor immediately.
