Don't worry: Domperidone decreases dopamine. It therefore can increase a woman's prolactin production. Prolactin is the hormone responsible for milk production in the breasts. Therefore it is not strange that you are having irregular periods. Depending on why you are taking it, you may want to consider using another medication. I don't know of any research showing it causes early menopause.
