33 female - interested in my fertility due to mother going through menopause in early thirties. i had an amh test back in 2020- 40pmol. i have just done a home amh test and it is 23pmol. is this kind of decline normal?

No, the average rate of decline should be 0.2 ng/ml (1.4 pmol/L) per year so if the measured numbers are accurate then the AMH level has been declining rapidly so ovarian reserve could be a problem. Good luck.
