Can you become infected w/mycoplasma fermentans incognitus by either having sex w/an infected person or living in same house with an infected person?

Possibly, however...: You could become infected however most people do not have a problem with these organisms. It only causes illness in certain people and doctors are still trying to figure out why it only affects some people.

Yes: The main authority on this little-known microbe is dr. Garth nicolson who says "mycoplasma can be sexually transmitted, but the infection is usually passed through far less intimate contact. Mycoplasma can be obtained through fluid exchange, and it is easily transmitted through the air." see http://www.Publichealthalert.Org/articles/scottforsgren/mycoplasma.Htm to learn more about this.
