Perhaps: The right sided cyst sounds lke it may be a complex rather than a simple cyst and is likely to be causing you problems if it hasen't already. I presume your findings are per ultrasound. I would follow suggestions by you gne physician but it sounds like it may need to be resected. Either that or watchful waiting i.e. Repeat ultrasound. It may cause more pain during ovulation.
