Ovarian cyst: a 2.8 cm cyst is normal for most women, it's probably where you ovulated from, and the mixed densities are old blood. This probably will not burst, so there are no precautions to take. We get concerned with ovarian cysts that are greater than 5 cm or solid, these type need to be followed up on.
