Not that simple: Not only won't gum chewing reduce fat tissue in your face, but it might contribute to decay (if sugar), cause muscle or joint pain or soreness if excessive, or increase the chance of tooth wear, filling breakage, etc. A nutritious diet and rigorous exercise program will make you healthier and more likely to lose the fat.
