When i eat a high carbohydrate meal i get tachycardia. i can't eat cake, a hamburger, pizza nothing. if i do my heartrate s 150 bpm why?

I don't know: I can't answer your question but you should be checked out. Note that hamburger and pizza are not high carb meals. A holter recording can easily determine the type of tachycardia you have. Atenolol is a good drug but if it's not working, there are many others, depending on the cause. If you have frequent or incessant psvt, a radio-frequency ablation should be considered. You live near the mayo!
